Snowshoeing
Explore the quiet forests around Purity Spring Resort. Enjoy an easy winter hike through our extensive trail network or explore the on-site NH Audubon Wildlife Sanctuary.
Guided Snowshoe Tours
During the winter months, guided snowshoe tours are available (weather permitting) every Saturday afternoon at 2pm .
Sign-up and meet at The Mill Indoor Pool & Fitness Center across from the Purity Spring Main Office 5 minutes before the start of the tour.

Guided Tour Rates:
Guided tours are complimentary for Purity lodging guests or with a King Pine lift ticket or season pass.
Guided tours are available to the general public, but require a trail pass: $9/adults and $6/juniors age 6-12
Rentals are available at the King Pine Rental & Tune Shop.
Snowshoeing at King Pine and Purity Spring Resort is FREE on backcountry trails, however a trail pass is required for our groomed trail network.
Tohko Dome Ice Skating
Rental skates are available at the King Pine Rental & Tune Shop.
- Skating $4 midweek and $6 on weekends, for the public.
- Skating is complimentary for Purity lodging guests or with a valid King Pine lift ticket
Coveniently located just across the street from the King Pine base lodge, The Tohko Dome skating rink opens at 8:30am daily.
In the evening, the Tohko Dome is well-lit and remains open through 9:30pm midweek and 10:30pm on weekends and vacation periods.
Afterhours, rentals can be returned to the Tavern at King Pine or the main desk at Purity Spring.
Rules are posted at the rink. Ice hockey is prohibited.
Horse-drawn Sleigh Rides
Sleigh rides are available at Purity Spring Resort and complimentary with your midweek (non-holiday) stay on Monday and Wednesday evenings. Weekend rates are $18 for adults and juniors (4-12). Kids 3 and under are FREE (must ride on lap).
Our rides typically last 25-30 minutes and will take you from open fields and pastures, through spruce-lined, back-country trails and back to Purity Spring Resort.
