COMMENTS:  We are already working and planning to begin our snowmaking efforts in a timely manner to ideally open for the 2020/21 season sometime mid-December as we have done annually, but certainly we are anticipating the upcoming ski season to be unique. In addition to off-season capital projects focused on upgrades to lift drive systems and maintenance, as well as crews mowing trails in preparation of early-season snowmaking, General Manager Andrew Mahoney has begun weekly meetings with department managers to develop operating plans and guidelines specific to this season so that we can begin sharing expectations for the season sometime this fall prior to our opening day. Since last spring, and all-summer-long, like many within our ski industry, a number of us have been observing and sharing collective thoughts on how we might operate. We're now taking into consideration the recently released "Ski Well, Be Well" ski area best practices information developed by the National Ski Areas Association as well as seeing how other ski area operating projections, for both large and small areas, may be of use to us. We'll also obviously have to follow any state guidelines when those are released.

Though many unknowns and variables remain, we are generally planning to operate under the notion of capacity limits on the mountain and within our base lodge facilities to allow for appropriate spacing and distancing. We will also be investing time and additional capital to develop increasingly touchless transactions, whether that be requiring all products (ticket, rental, ski school, tubing) to be purchased in advance online if capacity limits may present a challenge. We're also working to develop health-screening, wellness checks and employee training for our teams as well as cleaning and disinfection strategies for all areas of our operations.

Overall, our outlook remains positive and as a smaller, independent ski area, we feel we're in a good position to adjust as necessary. Certainly, with many of our managers also having been involved with positioning Purity Spring Resort and Danforth Bay Camping & RV Resort to operate successfully this summer, some lessons have been learned already to accommodate guests and deliver a fun, but safe, experience. We anticipate doing the same at King Pine this season.
