How to Pick Up Your King Pine Season Pass
For our season passholders, we have a new process to pick up season passes daily 9:30 a.m.-5:30 p.m. A current release of liability must be on file before the pass can be issued. Additionally, minors must be accompanied by a parent who can sign any necessary liability release forms when receiving their season pass. We are using a new point-of-sale software this year so we will need to get an updated photo for all season passholders. To expedite the pickup process, you can email “passport” style headshot photos and image files in advance to email@example.com. Please allow up to 48 hours for acceptance of the photo, you will receive an email confirming the season pass is ready.
Photos should be a headshot “passport” style image and we ask that you are not wearing sunglasses or any face coverings that may not fully show your face…and that beautiful smile. Image files should be cropped to a square (1:1 ratio | approx 650×650 pixels | 72 dpi) between 100kb-1mb in size submitted in a jpeg, .jpg or .png format.
We do not mail out season passes, so please bring your I.D. with you to the lodge and we recommend having a confirmation of your purchase on you as well.
